Majoring in both English Literature and Art History, Wynnie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She earned her Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education, Singapore. Prior to joining the School Of The Arts, Wynnie taught English Literature, Social Studies and History at Secondary School.

Wynnie has a passion for exploration and site-specific instruction. She has coordinated field trips to integrate learning journeys with the curriculum and has been involved in curriculum planning for English Literature.

Wynnie has a keen interest in poetry and photography. She believes that Literature does not solely belong to the academic sphere, but is a means of personal expression. Wynnie is working on a personal anthology of original poems. She is also a recipient of the Ministry of Education’s Outstanding Contribution Award in the Individual Category.
